A successful executive with broad experience, both domestically and internationally, in supply chain operations and strategic change management. Major consulting clients include Hewlett Packard and DuPont.

During 30 years with Unilever, utilizing a unique combination of technical and behavioral skills, led major programs which achieved step-changes in organizational capabilities and reduced costs.

As Director of Lever Brothers Company's Supply Chain Integration Program, led the transformation of the former functional operations of Purchasing, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service into a supply chain process with integrated performance metrics

As the executive responsible for Supply Chain Strategy Development, defined the new competencies required to maintain leading edge performance and competitive advantage 3-5 years into the future. This was accomplished by developing breakthrough achievements utilizing strategic alliances with other global corporations and leading universities.

Nine years in three European Unilever companies in technical operations including research, process development and manufacturing.

MBA from Chapman University, in Orange, California, a B.S. and M.A. in Chemistry from the City College of C.U.N.Y. and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the City University of New York.

Featured university speaker on Supply Chain and Change Management issues at Stanford and Wharton and teach Executive Courses offered by the Kellogg School of Graduate Management at Northwestern University.
